Interested in Becoming a Vendor?

Our waiting list is always open, however, it is a “juried” waiting list. “Juried” means the management chooses whom to offer new spaces to including both individuals from within our current vendor family and from our waiting list...it is not a first-come-first-served system. Our rental system for booth spaces is as follows:

  • We require a signed contract for every vendor.

  • Vendor booths of over 17 square feet will be rented at $3.50 per square foot until the store's next rental increase done yearly.

  • Booth spaces of 17 square feet or less are charged the minimum booth fee of $60 per month. 

  • Vendor contracts are on a month-to-month basis, requiring a first and last month’s rent payment and a one-time $40 security fee before move in date. 

  • We require a 30-day notice for terminating our month-to-month contract at which point you would utilize the last month’s rent paid. 

  • The building rent increases annually, and as such, the minimum booth fees and square footage fees are subject to change on June 1st of every year.

We are a tourist destination and enjoy a lot of foot traffic throughout the year from travelers and locals alike. All of our booths are currently filled, however spaces come up from time to time. If you decide you would like to be on the waiting list, we would love to hear from you.
